Sitting on a leafy residential street in an old corner shop, Long Boi’s has been serving the community of Levenshulme with excellent baked goods since Autumn 2020. 

We are a team of solely women, dedicated to making food that is delicious, fun, interesting and exciting; and serving it up alongside the warmest welcome.

The seasonality and provenance of our ingredients is important to us, with our fresh produce, milk and eggs, arriving weekly from Organic North and R Noone & Son. Our flour is from Wildfarmed, who believe in the power of regenerative farming; and we try to source specialist bits from other independent businesses as much as possible too – for example the chocolate in your croissant is hand made by the lovely Bare Bones, in Glasgow.

Please note we are takeaway only, with some outside seating, for when the Manchester weather is playing nicely!
